The Wonder Years

From your first breath, all of what you've known begins to disappear.  Where you've been, who you've been, who you loved, who you hated, what crime you may have committed, what love you've left unhealed, and with all that's unfinished, you have appeared as the accumulation of all experience.

Energy does not begin with birth.  It continues, and you are pure, positive, thriving, breathing, crying, screaming, sighing energy that's come forth into human form.

These first ten years are the eyes-open years, when observance and memory unite to inform and guide you to and through the new experiences you will gather as you evolve.

As you arrive and move into life, instinctually perceiving and reacting, and making choices through your responses, your life will begin as a trajectory, as any story has a beginning, a middle, and an end.

For half of this decade you will be challenged with substituting your physical instincts for survival with language to explain it.  You will be assaulted with the opinions and beliefs of everyone you will come to know, as you are coming to know yourself.  You will constantly be conflicted, as you learn you are not alone in this world.  You learn you have to share life with others, and that the love you know as life itself, that is placed inside you that brought you here, is the love placed inside every other human being as well.

The second half of this decade you will be learning how to use language instead of emotion to get your needs met.  You'll watch those around you closely for clues to what does, and doesn't work.  Putting instincts into action through words is the beginning of your mental development, as your body and spirit are the instrument and the guide for critical decisions you will make in the following decade.

These are the years of wonder – when you still remember from where you came, but are being drawn ahead by what you're to become. It is a time to relish, devour, taste, explore, stretch.

Year by year you are growing and changing and absorbing and asking question after question, with answers given that you'll know are or aren't your own.
